From the international marketing arena to a coach for quiet strength

Why I understand how to celebrate visible successes in a noisy world without sacrificing my own energy.

Hi, I’m Corinna.

Before I turned to coaching, my daily life revolved around marketing campaigns, strategic roadmaps, and the fast pace of international markets. I know the dynamics of stressful situations firsthand - where extroversion is often seen as the only formula for success.

I know what it feels like to sit in back-to-back meetings, juggle complex stakeholder interests, and feel the pressure to make myself heard in a noisy environment. But I’ve also learned this: impact doesn’t require volume.

My Personal Journey

I used to be misunderstood a lot - especially when I was younger. Many people thought I was aloof or that I didn’t want to socialize, just because I preferred to stay in the background. The pressure to conform and be more extroverted was always there. I often felt like I had to leave my comfort zone to fit in. While this brought me new experiences, it also took a lot of energy.

Over time, I realized: My introversion is not a weakness, but a strength.

My Professional Journey

My professional journey has taken me all across Europe. I have lived in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Spain, Belgium, the United Kingdom, and Germany. During this time, I learned how differently “presence” is defined:

  • Scandinavian Clarity (FI, SE & NO): Here, I came to appreciate the value of silence, focus, and flat hierarchies for genuine innovation.
  • Southern European dynamism (ES): In Spain, I learned how to protect my introverted energy while remaining present in a vibrant, highly communicative culture.
  • The international business arena (BE, UK & DE): In the UK and Germany, I learned to hold my own in competitive, multicultural environments without compromising my identity.

I have expanded this European foundation globally throughout my career as a Marketing Manager. While collaborating with teams and stakeholders in the U.S., Taiwan, and the MENA region, it became increasingly clear to me: Success in international business doesn’t require a loud presence, but rather cultural sensitivity and strategic depth.

But I’ve also realized that coaching alone isn’t always enough. In complex business structures, it often takes more than reflection - it requires the targeted transfer of expertise and practical experience. To professionally bridge the gap between psychological support and the transfer of solid knowledge, I also completed a train-the-trainer program.

For me, this is about far more than the individual empowerment of a single person: True synergy arises only through mutual understanding. An essential part of my work is therefore to raise awareness among leaders and teams about the conscious handling of introversion. When extroverted and introverted team members understand and leverage each other’s strengths, the potential for conflict decreases and collective creativity increases.

The reason I work as a coach and trainer today is precisely this new self-understanding: it motivates me to show others how valuable their introversion is. The decisive trigger was a training session with other introverts. There, I was deeply moved to see how many were suffering from their own insecurities and the expectations of those around them.

This experience has only strengthened my desire: I want to help introverts realize that they already possess everything they need to succeed - and support companies in creating an environment where quiet strengths are heard. Today, I guide my clients in German as well as business-level English as they discover their own quiet strengths in a global context and put them to effective use.

My philosophy: You decide the path

As an introverted coach and trainer, my vision is to offer introverted students, professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs a safe space where they can feel comfortable with their introversion. I firmly believe that the resources and solutions lie within you. I’m not here to turn you into someone you’re not. My goal is not to turn you into an extrovert, but to help you recognize and consciously leverage your unique strengths.

My role as a coach is to accompany you as an equal and with empathy. You set the goal and the pace, and I’m by your side to support you. Together, we’ll discover what drives you and how you handle challenges like mental overload or stress. For me, success means that after our work together, you’ll walk your own path with greater clarity, confidence, and optimism.
