My position

I don’t believe that introverts need to change themselves in order to be successful.

Nor do I believe that introversion and extroversion are opposites.

What’s often missing isn’t competence or potential - but clarity on how to consciously leverage one’s own strengths, needs, and personal impact.

That’s exactly where I can help.

My Journey

I’m familiar with many of the situations my clients come to me with:

The feeling of having to conform.

Feeling like they “have to” speak up more.

Questioning oneself, even though performance is on point.

Part of this became particularly clear to me through my international experience.

My professional career has taken me through various European work cultures as well as into international collaboration with teams and stakeholders worldwide.

In doing so, I’ve seen how differently visibility, leadership, and collaboration are practiced.

What I’ve taken away from this:

Success in business doesn’t necessarily require the loudest voice.

It arises where people know their strengths, consciously leverage their impact, and find their own path.

Because many people fail not due to a lack of competence, but because their strengths remain invisible or they constantly push beyond their own limits.

Because technical competence alone is often not enough. Those who want to be successful in the long term need visibility, clarity, and the ability to consciously manage their own resources.
